Legal basis for this information:
Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation , hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).
This information applies to personal data collected by Mermaid Capital Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, as the controller of personal data, the ways in which they are used, as well as the rights of natural persons related to the collection and use of such data.

The administrator of your personal data is Mermaid Capital Sp. Warszawy in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000678209 (hereinafter also the “Administrator”)
Purposes of personal data processing and legal basis for processing:
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
a) direct marketing of products and services based on your consent, if such consent has been given by you (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation);
b) take action at your request before concluding the contract, if such request has been expressed by you (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation);
c) to arrange a meeting with you regarding the services we provide and the products we offer, which is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation);
d) concluding a contract / agreements with you regarding the products or services we offer and its / their performance, including making financial settlements, pursuing claims or other rights arising from or related to the concluded contract / contracts (Article 6 par. 1 letter b and f of the Regulation).
Categories of personal data processed:
a) contact details: e.g. name and surname, telephone number, home address, e-mail address;
b) other identification data: PESEL, series and number of the identity card / passport / residence card; parents’ names; citizenship;
c) information on purchasing preferences in terms of goods or services offered by the Administrator, e.g. location, area of the premises, etc.
Your personal data has been made available to the Administrator by the real estate broker whose services you used.
The information contained in the point “Categories of processed personal data” is intended for people whose data was obtained by the Administrator from real estate agents whose services were used by these people.
Recipients of personal data / categories of recipients:
In order to provide our services and sale of premises and the related rights, we will transfer personal data only to four groups of recipients:
a) to our employees and associates authorized by us, who must have access to personal data in order to perform their duties,
b) entities providing services to us, including: architects, banks, insurers, law firms, notaries, accountants, accounting offices, construction contractors,
c) real estate brokers (if your consent has been collected through them),
d) credit intermediation companies cooperating with the Administrator, if you express your interest in obtaining a loan offer to finance the purchase of the premises.
Transferring personal data to third countries or international organizations:
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization.
The period of personal data storage / criteria for determining the period of personal data storage:
Your personal data will be stored for the period of negotiations, and in the case of conclusion of a contract, for the period of its implementation and the period of limitation of claims under the contract.
With regard to data the processing of which is based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation), until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights regarding personal data:
Pursuant to the Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
1.right to access your data;
2.the right to rectify, delete, limit processing,
3.right to transfer data,
4. the right to object (referred to in Article 21 (1) of the Regulation) to the processing for reasons related to your particular situation – if the data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. e) or f) of the Regulations;
5.the right to object (referred to in Article 21 (2) of the Regulation) if the data is processed for direct marketing purposes against processing for direct marketing purposes;
6. in the case of data processing on the basis of your consent – the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions. Providing personal data as a condition for concluding a contract:
Providing your personal data by you is a condition for concluding a contract.
The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to present a commercial offer and possible conclusion of a contract.
The information in this point is intended only for people whose personal data has been obtained by the Administrator directly from these people.
